Chincoteague Resort Realty offers several Sunset Bay Villas to choose from. Each villa is privately owned, so furnishings vary between units. All villas are approximately 1,700 square feet of luxury living space and include 3 bedrooms, 2 baths - one of which is a master bathroom with tiled shower, jetted tub. The master bedroom also features private access to the deck/balcony area. The villas feature an open and airy floor plan along with a waterside balcony or deck. First floor units feature "walk-out" decks with direct access to the marina area. Additional access for all to the marina area is conveniently located within the buildings.
Sunset Bay Villas are well known for the luxury amenities they offer. The gourmet kitchen in your unit includes a center island "entertaining bar" - a perfect spot for serving meals. Ample counter space and a complete appliance package including dishwahser and microwave round out the kitchen features. The small laundry room with washer/dryer means you don't have to send your laundry out. Many of our villas include private boat slips for boat dockage. For recreation, you can enjoy a dip in the crystal clear pool or keep up with your workout in the fitness room. And the upper villas at Sunset Bay are served by elevator.
Sunset Bay Villas are located immediately adjacent to Chincoteague's historic downtown area. Downtown you'll find wonderful gourmet shops, fine dining, art galleries, boutiques for shopping, a bakery, public library and more. Within a short stroll, you'll discover many of our finest treasures in our downtown area.

| We have villas available for your vacation on all three levels. For your convenience, you'll find an elevator at the north end of the building that serves all floors. The Fitness Room is located next to the Pool Area.
